Registration through a Real Estate Services Trustee Centre

The property is not managed by an accredited real estate company, nor by the owner who has the authority to use Ejari system. You must be on title of the property as a tenant or a representative thereof with a Power of Attorney Landlords must be the owners of a property, or have a Power of Attorney to represent them.

The tenant and the landlord are both individuals, and the landlord’s data is kept current.

Companies

The company must be licensed to engage in one of the real estate management activities as stated in the regulations.

Owners (individuals)

Be the owner of your own property, and manage your rental properties yourself.

Owners’s Representatives (individuals)

A power of attorney that grants him the right to manage properties.
