Mr. Pradeep Bhandari is the Chairman of IMC. He is a fellow member of ICAI (Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) since 1979, a law graduate with rank and graduate in Commerce. He has vast experience of over three decades in the field of audit, taxation –domestic and international, corporate laws. He has served as founder secretary of Southern Regional Chapter, International Fiscal Association, India Branch.

He served as its Chairman in the year 2003-04. He is presently serving as the Executive Committee Member of IFA- India Chapter. He has served as National Executive Committee Member of ‘All India Federation of Tax Practitioners, India and Executive Committee member of Southern Zone.

Mr. Piyush Bhandari is a fellow member of ICAI (Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) since 2003 and masters in Commerce. He has worked with the corporate finance division of the Sanmar Group – a leading business conglomerate in India, for over 3 years. He was also awarded the ‘Young Managers Award’ by Madras Management Association in 2005.

He has wide experience in Assurance & Advisory, International Taxation, Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning. With over a decade of experience, he spearheads the Cross Border Advisory and International Taxation vertical. Since the inception of Intuit Management Consultancy, IMC, he has advised MNCs, Corporates, SMEs and led many Joint Ventures in the Middle East region. He is on the Board of many prestigious organizations such as Chennai Angels, Entrepreneur’s Organization amongst many others.

Mr. Pankaj Kumar is a member of ICAI (Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) since 2002. He has over 17 years of experience in cross border advisory, international taxation, structured finance, trade finance and management consulting. He advises MNCs and SMEs on formation of cross border corporations and business structures and structuring commercial transactions. Previously he has worked with Amicorp Group, DM Ventures, Amba Research (Singapore) and ICICI Bank.

His core expertise lies in Trust advisory & Family office with several years of multinational experience in Wealth planning, External Asset Management, Fund Administration & Custodial Banking. A Certified Trust & Estate Practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) United Kingdom, MBA from Bharathiar University, India and a Certified Management Accountant from ICMA Australia & New Zealand.

He primarily manages Client Advisory, Relationship Management & Business Development amongst other responsibilities in Advisory & Secretarial capacity on the board of client companies, managing large and key client relationships along with driving the identification and execution of new business opportunities.

He has spent more than two decades in various organisations playing a crucial role in framing key Accounting & Finance policies both in India and Gulf countries. Specialized in Internal Audit function & held senior position in Internal Audit department of one of the largest business group in Sultanate of Oman.
