Documents Required for Transfer of Registration
- Certificate of Incorporation: Certified copy from the foreign entity’s current jurisdiction
- Governing Documents: Charter, constitution, memorandum, or articles of association (or equivalent) from current jurisdiction
- Director’s Declaration Statement by all directors (or equivalent officers) confirming:
- Entity is a body corporate
- Compliance with Regulation 7(1)(b), (c), and (d) of the Companies (Transfer of Registration) Regulations 2017
- Director’s Confirmation: Written confirmation from directors that the entity qualifies as a body corporate
- Translations: All non-English documents must be translated into English. Final submissions must be in English
