Inheritance Power of Attorney
This power of attorney authorizes another individual with powers to represent the legal heirs of a deceased person before the UAE courts to initiate and complete the probate proceedings. This power of attorney is used for the purposes of obtaining the probate order so that the estate of the deceased person can be distributed to the legal heirs.
