The Step-by-Step Guide to the Application Process

Step 1 – Submit the request and give incorporation details

Once we get the company details receipt, we will:

Step 2 – Preparation of the Documents Required for Incorporation

After receiving the payment for the services reflected in the invoice, we will start the preparation of the incorporation documents. You will then need to sign the incorporation document for us to proceed with company incorporation.

Step 3 – Incorporate Company and introduce Banks

After you sign the incorporation documents, we will move forward with the company registration with ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore). Once the company is incorporated, we will provide details about the bank to open your corporate account. It is worth noting that the bank account opening is subject to the bank KYC.

Step 4 – Apply for the EP or Employment Pass

We submit every Employment Pass to the Ministry of Manpower electronically to help you know about your application outcome faster.
