Request for Mortgage Amendment
Customers can apply to register or renew Ejari contracts in Dubai by using this service.
Required Documents
Individuals
Through Real Estate Registration Trustees offices:
- The previous Mortgagee contract
- Letter from the mortgagee bank
- Three mortgage contracts certified by the mortgagee bank and signed by both parties
- Emirates ID card of the owner (For identification purposes only, no photo is taken) / valid passport copy for Non-residents
- Power of Attorney in case someone is appointed on their behalf
Through Bank (electronically)
- Emirates ID card of the owner (For identification purposes only, no photo is taken) / valid passport copy for Non-residents
Sole Proprietorship
- Copy of the Commercial License
- Emirates ID card of the owner (For identification purposes only, no photo is taken) / valid passport copy for Non-residents
- Ower of Attorney in case someone is appointed on their behalf
Limited Liability Company (LLC)
- Trade license + Page of partners and equities (original and copy)
- Certificate of Incumbency
- The establishment contract must be submitted, along with any appendices (if applicable) and original and certified copy from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, translated into Arabic)
- A legal agency in the event of a representative, or a legally certified board of directors decision
*Government fees will be at actuals and an estimate will be provided for the same.
