Service Terms

Investor VISA 5 Years

1. The minimum value of a property or shares owned by the applicant must be 2 million (one property or more)
2. In the event that a property is mortgaged, at least 2 million of property value must be paid to the bank. NOC letter and paid amount letter
3. Spouses may own property jointly (marriage certificate required)

Retirement Visa 5 Years

1. The applicant must be 55 years of age or older
2. The minimum property value requirement in the applicant’s name is 1 million, with no mortgage (one property or more). Alternatively, you may deposit one million in any local bank for a period of 3 years and provide a letter from that bank issued to the immigration confirming that the deposit cannot be released within 3 years
3. Spouses may own property jointly (marriage certificate required)

Family VISA

1. A NOC letter from the father, notarized by a notary public, must be provided if the mother is the sponsor
2. Daughter over 18 years old (Unmarried letter)
3. Must Bring National ID for ( IRAN – PAKISTAN – IRAQ – LIBYA – AFGHANISTAN )
4. Original passport and Emirates ID
5. Personal photo
6. Health Insurance
7. Marriage certificate attested
8. Birth certificate attested
9. IBAN bank account
10. Son over 18 years old (Study certificate)

Parents Visa 1 Year

1. National ID for ( IRAN – PAKISTAN – IRAQ – LIBYA – AFGHANISTAN )
2. Affidavit Certificate of dependency attested by the consulate
3. Bank statement for the last 3 months
4. Original passport and Emirates ID
5. Personal photo
6. Health Insurance
7. Birth certificate attested
8. IBAN bank account
