The applicant must submit the application within (1) one month from the date of amendment.
The following supporting documents shall be furnished:
Name of the Company:
- Trade name reservation certificate issued by the competent authority
- Official certificate issued by the competent authority in the country of incorporation of the company
- Agency Contract Amendment
- Consent of UAE central bank for banks and financial institutions
- Consent of Insurance Authority for insurance companies and related professions
- Statement from the bank which issued the bank guarantee indicating the change in the name of the company in the previously issued bank guarantee or the issuance of a new bank guarantee
Legal Form:
- Certificate or extract from the competent authority in the country of incorporation of the company
- Consent of UAE central bank for banks and financial institutions and consent of Insurance Authority for insurance companies and related professions
Company address in home country:
- Certificate from competent authority in the country of incorporation of the company
Branch Activity:
- Consent of the competent authority in the emirate
- Consent of the UAE central bank for banks and financial institutions
- Consent of Insurance Authority for insurance companies and related professions
Capital:
- Certificate or extract from the competent authority in the country of incorporation of the company
Local Agent:
- True copy of agency contract made between the company and the agent
- True copy of ID of the agent is he is an individual or owner of an individual establishment and, in if the agent is a body corporate, copy of the commercial license along with the statement of names of shareholders and their nationality issued by the competent authority in the emirate in which the company is registered
- Contract of termination of agreement / letter of termination of previous agent
Names of Company’s Owners:
- Commercial register, Memorandum of association, or articles of association, as the case may be.
