Required Documents
Individuals
- An Electronic No Objection Certificate (eNOC) from the developer in the freehold areas (through Dubai Rest Application)
- Tenancy letter from the bank indicating the amount of rent and the dates of the tenancy
- Emirates ID Card of buyer & seller (For identification purposes only and no photo will be taken) or valid passport for Non-residents
- Power of Attorney in case someone is appointed on their behalf
Companies
The company must be registered by applying for the registration of a company if it is not previously registered.
