Required Documents

Individuals

  1. An Electronic No Objection Certificate (eNOC) from the developer in the freehold areas (through Dubai Rest Application)
  2. Emirates ID Card of buyer & seller (For identification purposes only and no photo will be taken) or valid passport for Non-residents
  3. Power of Attorney in case someone is appointed on their behalf
Companies

The company must be registered by applying for the registration of a company if it is not previously registered.

*Government fees will be at actuals and an estimate will be provided for the same.
