Company Power of Attorney

A company power of attorney is a document that authorizes another person (the attorney) to manage the affairs of a company. The authorized party can represent the company before government departments, appoint and terminate employees of the company, manage the bank account of the company, run day-to-day operations of the company, sign contracts and other documents etc. An attorney under a company POA is not necessarily an employee of the company. Anyone can act as an attorney under a company POA.
